Adding a crew member
Invite a foreman or crew worker, set their role, and give them access to the right jobs.
Fieldwright has three roles: Owner (you), Foreman (sees everything except billing), and Crew (only sees jobs they're assigned to).
Open Settings → Team
Tab is at the top of the Settings page.
Tap Invite crew member
A side panel opens.
Enter their name and email
Phone is optional but useful for crew quick-actions later.
Pick a role
Crew (only jobs assigned to them) or Foreman (full app except billing).
Leave “Send app invite” checked
Fieldwright emails them a sign-in link. Uncheck this if you just want to add them to the roster without inviting them yet.
Tap Add
Toast says “[Name] added — invite sent to [email].” They'll get the email within a minute.
After they accept
They sign up (or in) with the email you invited, land on a welcome screen, and then on their crew dashboard. They'll only see jobs they're assigned to. See What crew members see.
Heads up. The crew member has to sign in with the same email you invited. If they sign in with a different one, they'll see a “Wrong account” screen — sign out and try the invited email.
