What crew members see
A focused view: only the jobs they're on, with field tools for logs, hours, and photos.
Crew members get their own simplified app at /crew. No Estimates, Invoices, Settings, or billing — just the jobs they're assigned to and the field tools they need.
Signing in for the first time
Open the invite email
Subject is something like “You've been invited to Fieldwright.”
Tap the invite link
Sign up (or sign in if you already have a Clerk account) with the email you were invited with.
Land on the welcome screen
Quick intro to what you can do, then your Jobs list.
Day to day
Jobs
See every job you're assigned to. Tap one to view the site address, schedule, and notes.
Schedule
See what's coming up. Tap a job to get directions, call the customer, or open the job details.
Log hours
Submit hours for the day, tied to a job. These roll up to the foreman's timesheet view.
Daily logs and photos
Add a daily log with notes, hours, and photos — same as the owner. Useful for proving scope on punch list day.
What's hidden
Crew don't see Estimates, Invoices, Reports, Settings, or Billing. They also can't see jobs they aren't assigned to.
Wrong account? If a crew member signs in with a different email than the one you invited, they'll see a “Wrong account” screen. Sign out and use the invited email.
