Can I use this on my phone?

Yes. Fieldwright is built mobile-first. You can schedule jobs, add daily logs, use quick actions (directions, call, text), and send invoices from your phone.

Do you do estimates?

Fieldwright focuses on job operations: scheduling, change orders, logs, reminders, quotes, and invoices. We don't provide estimating tools for bid preparation.

Can I send invoices?

Yes. Create a quote on a job, add line items, then create an invoice from it. You can send the customer a link to view and pay. We support invoice templates and email delivery.

What if I have no signal?

You need an internet connection to load and save data. If you're in a spot with no signal, you can still open already-loaded job details; new logs or changes will sync when you're back online.

Can my foreman use it?

Yes. Add your crew as users and assign roles. They can view jobs, add daily logs and notes, and use quick actions (directions, call, text) without needing access to billing or settings.

Can I export data?

Export is on our roadmap. Today you can view and manage everything in the app. We'll add export options as we grow.

Is there a contract?

No. Month-to-month. Cancel anytime from your billing settings. If you cancel, you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. If you cancel your subscription, you'll keep full access until the end of your current billing period. We don't offer refunds on monthly payments.

What happens after my free trial?

After your 14-day trial, you'll need to subscribe for $49/month to keep access. Your data is saved — you won't lose anything.

How does scheduling work?

Each job has a start date and optional end date, and you can set all-day or specific start/end times. The calendar shows all jobs; you can drag to reschedule. Multi-day jobs show on every day they span.

Who can approve change orders?

You control who can approve change orders in your company settings. Typically owners or admins approve; foremen can create and submit them.

Where is my data stored?

We use Supabase (hosted in the US) for the database. Authentication is handled by Clerk. See our Privacy Policy and Security page for more detail.
